FontDiner has added Rickles Script, a sweet free font, to its Free Silverware section. That is all.
Adobe has announced that Freehand is officially dead and no further updates, including maintenance ones, will be forthcoming. Interestingly, you can still buy it though. In a statement, they said, "We've got your money, now fuck off". Us poor hard done-by Freehand users (from version 9 upwards) can crossgrade to Illustrator CS3 for $199 or £139 (representing a 40% increase over the American price for, you know, being British).
With a name like that, why wouldn't you be interested?
